1. Introduction

Welcome to Lakeway Paintball! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online booking services, and participation in activities offered by Lakeway Paintball LLC ("Lakeway Paintball," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable booking policies.

Participation in paintball activities is also subject to completion of our separate Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement.

Our website provides information about paintball experiences, pricing, reservations, special events, and related services.

Visitors agree to use the website lawfully and refrain from activities that could interfere with its functionality, security, or availability.

We reserve the right to update website content, pricing, service descriptions, and availability as needed.

3. Reservations & Booking

Reservations may be made through our online booking system or by contacting Lakeway Paintball directly.

All reservations are subject to availability, staffing, equipment, field conditions, and operational requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, selecting the appropriate experience, and confirming the number of participants.

A reservation is considered confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are displayed on our website or during the booking process and may vary depending on the selected experience, package, or group arrangement.

Applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed during checkout.

Payment requirements, including any deposits or remaining balances, will be communicated during booking.

Additional paintballs, equipment upgrades, or other optional purchases may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Customers may request reservation changes in accordance with our Booking & Reservation Policy.

Online rescheduling may be available up to 24 hours before the scheduled reservation, subject to availability.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact Lakeway Paintball directly.

Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation terms provided during booking and applicable law.

6. Age Requirements & Minor Participants

Lakeway Paintball offers the following experiences:

• High-Impact Paintball (.68 Caliber): Ages 12 and older.

• Low-Impact Paintball (.50 Caliber): Ages 8 and older.

Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their selected activity.

Players under 18 must have the required authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

7. Liability Waivers & Assumption of Risk

Paintball is a physical recreational activity that involves inherent risks, including potential injury from paintball impacts, falls, obstacles, equipment, and other participants.

All players must complete Lakeway Paintball's separate Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement before participating.

For participants under 18, the required parent or legal guardian authorization must be completed.

Booking an experience or agreeing to these website Terms & Conditions does not replace the requirement to complete the separate liability waiver.

The waiver governs its stated subjects according to its terms and applicable law.

8. Field Safety & Participant Conduct

All participants must follow posted safety rules and instructions provided by Lakeway Paintball staff.

Required protective equipment must be worn as directed.

Unsafe behavior, misuse of equipment, harassment, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from activities or denial of participation.

Lakeway Paintball reserves the right to restrict participation when necessary to protect the safety of players, staff, or visitors.

9. Equipment & Property

Equipment provided by Lakeway Paintball must be used responsibly and returned as instructed.

Participants may be responsible for damage to equipment or property in accordance with the signed liability agreement and applicable law.

Players are encouraged to secure their personal belongings. Any responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property will be determined under applicable law.

10. Weather & Operational Changes

As an outdoor recreational facility, Lakeway Paintball may experience schedule changes due to weather, field conditions, equipment issues, or other operational circumstances.

We may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel activities when necessary.

Customers affected by changes will be contacted regarding available options in accordance with our booking policies and applicable law.

11. Group Events & Special Reservations

Birthday parties, corporate outings, team events, and other group reservations may require additional arrangements.

Group organizers are responsible for communicating reservation details, age requirements, and waiver instructions to participants.

Special event pricing, deposits, scheduling requirements, or cancellation terms may apply when disclosed and agreed upon during booking.

12. Website Content & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, graphics, logos, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to Lakeway Paintball LLC.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without appropriate permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms for reservations, payments, digital forms, and other functionality.

These services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Lakeway Paintball is not responsible for third-party services beyond its obligations under applicable law.
