# Booking & Reservation Policy **Lakeway Paintball LLC** By booking with Lakeway Paintball, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. **1. Reservations & Availability** Advance reservations are recommended. All bookings are subject to field availability, staffing, equipment, and weather conditions. Please provide an accurate participant count when booking. **2. Age Requirements** High-Impact Paintball (.68 caliber) is available for ages 12+. Low-Impact Paintball (.50 caliber) is available for ages 8+. Participants under 18 require parent or legal guardian authorization. **3. Pricing & Equipment** Package pricing and inclusions are provided during booking. Additional paintballs or upgrades may be available for purchase. All-day air refills do not necessarily include unlimited playing time. Applicable taxes and fees will be displayed at checkout. **4. Arrival & Check-In** Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled game for check-in, equipment distribution, and safety instructions. Late arrivals may experience reduced playing time or require rescheduling. **5. Cancellations & Rescheduling** Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling. Changes are subject to availability. Refund eligibility and no-show charges are determined by the cancellation terms displayed at checkout. **6. Weather Conditions** As an outdoor activity, paintball may be affected by weather. Lakeway Paintball may delay, reschedule, or cancel games due to unsafe conditions. Affected customers will be contacted regarding available options. **7. Safety & Liability Waivers** All participants must follow field safety rules and staff instructions. Every player must complete Lakeway Paintball's Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnification Agreement before participating. Minors require appropriate parent or legal guardian authorization. **8. Clothing & Personal Belongings** Comfortable outdoor clothing, long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Participants are responsible for securing personal belongings. **9. Group Bookings** Birthdays, team outings, and larger groups are welcome!
